Find out about SAAP, its history and its aims.
SAAP provides services for homeless young people through support services and accommodation for young people.
SAAP also provides services for homeless adults and families by providing accommodation and other support services.
SAAP helps women experiencing or escaping domestic violence largely through women's refuges or safe houses and outreach or support services.
A number of protocols have been developed between SAAP and other agencies.
SAAP services must work towards achieving the SAAP Service Standards for Western Australia 2002 (PDF, 434kb). Please note that this document refers to the former Department for Community Development.
