Cost: Is there a charge for  training?	No, our training is free to eligible participants. Check the eligibility criteria for further information.
Enrolling: How do I enrol?	Either complete the application form and fax it to 9222 6001 or enrol online. Note: DCP staff should complete a form 872.
Eligibility: How can I check if I am eligible for training?	Check the eligibility criteria OR contact us if you are still unsure.
LDC Online:  What is LDC Online?	LDC Online is the site where you can do online training. View LDC Online (external link).
Qualifications:  Will I get a qualification by doing the training?	That depends on the type of course. We deliver nationally recognised training which will give you a qualification if you complete all the requirments. We also offer professional development training. You will be issued a certificate of attendance for professional development training.
Times: What are the normal times for courses?	Unless otherwise stated, all face-to-face training runs from 9.00am til 4.30pm.
