Complaints Management Unit
The Unit looks after complaints about the Department.
This Unit has replaced the Consumer Advocacy Service.
We will respond to all complaints quickly, trying to resolve them if possible.

You can start by making an informal complaint, speaking with the officer or their supervisor.
If you want to take your complaint further, you need to follow the following steps:

Lodge a complaint with the Manager or Director of the office.

The Unit can investigate your complaint if Step One is not successful.

If you want to take your complaint outside the Department.
The Advocate for Children in Care role is not affected.
