Service Description:	FCYS  offers medium and long term supported accommodation programs. 2:00pm-4:30pm Mon-Fri (or by scheduled appointment)
Also provides:	Food vouchers, baby packs and chemist vouchers, information, referrals and advocacy.  Parenting support to clients with children.
Eligibility:	Under 25yrs with children. Singles 20 yrs & under., Young people under 25 yrs with children. 20 yrs  and under single. Must be able to live independently and eligible for an independent income.
Cost:	Rent is 25% of fortnightly income.
Length of Stay (if applicable):	Crisis -12 months. Long term 9 months  supported accommodation then tenant can retain lease for mainstream Homeswest rental.
