The Department for Community Development funds three services via two fudning programs, to provide direct assistance to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to obtain housing in the private rental market. They do this by working with clients to find accommodation, access Homeswest bond assistance and complete necessary paperwork with landlords. All services offer follow up support to varying degrees. They are not crisis services, and do not have access to emergency accommodation.
