If you would like to leave information for someone involved in an adoption, while not making contact, then you can leave the information with the Department for Child Protection's Past Adoption Services. They will pass it on if the other person has registered that they would like to receive information.
Past Adoption Services runs this message box service. It can be used to pass on information like letters, photographs or recorded audio-tape or video.
