The Small Business Counselling Service is an independent non-profit organisation providing experienced volunteer business counsellors, mentors and coaches to Victorian businesses.  The website provides free information sheets for downloading, features on topical business issues such as the GST, electronic commerce and links to sites of relevance to all small business operators.
