Albany and Regional Volunteer Service Inc. will receive $1000 to host a 50’s/60's rock ‘n’ roll themed event to recognise and reward all volunteers in the community.

Avon Valley Arts Society Inc. will receive $1000 to participate in the ‘Wheatbelt Cultural Festival’ in Northam between 5 - 8 December 2008.
