Western Australian Women’s Experience in a changing Industrial Relations Environment

This report documents the findings from interviews with twenty-two low paid workers in Western Australia. The research aims to assess the impacts of recent changes to work regulation on women employed in sectors that have traditionally relied on awards for defining their conditions of employment. The research was produced by the Women in Social & Economic Research Unit at Curtin University, with funding from the Department for Communities.
