Volunteering at WIS

VOLUNTEERING AT WOMEN'S INFORMATION SERVICE

Volunteers make a positive difference at the Women’s Information Service (WIS).

Do you have sound communication and computer skills, a good telephone manner, an interest in volunteering with women, receiving volunteer training, and exchanging information with community organisations?

WIS is established within the Department for Communities’ Office for Women’s Interests and  is a free, confidential telephone information and referral service for all women in WA.  Volunteers play an important role at WIS.  Volunteer's receive training and use their skills and experience in a women centred service, and in connecting with community organisations.
