The Office for Women’s Policy (OWP) is committed to a community engagement approach to policy development. OWP recognises that to foster a truly inclusive community; policies, programs and services need to be responsive to the diverse needs of women in the community. OWP places emphasis on seeking the views of women whose voices are not normally heard in policy development and decision-making through a variety of strategies.

Women on the Move
The Women on the Move Conference aimed to promote women in leadership and reduce social, economic and geographical isolation. The conference attracted more than 170 women from diverse communities across the Great Southern, including women from Nyoongar and Malay communities.
