Coffee Mornings
Birthrites: Healing After Caesarean
Coffee mornings twice every month for women who have had a previous caesarean to talk about their experience with other women who have experienced the same. The objective of the group is to facilitate healing in women who need to debrief from their caesarean birth. Information and support is provided for women to make informed choices about subsequent births, including information on VBAC and planning an empowered repeat caesarean.

WAFDA are running a free women's 'Come and Try' session. Ultimate is a fast, free-flowing game played world-wide, combining elements of netball, soccer, grid-iron and touch footy. A social and friendly sport, played by a range of people of differing ages and experience. It's cheap - all you need is friends, grass and a disc. And best of all its loads of fun!
