Coffee Mornings
Birthrites: Healing After Caesarean
Coffee mornings twice every month for women who have had a previous caesarean to talk about their experience with other women who have experienced the same. The objective of the group is to facilitate healing in women who need to debrief from their caesarean birth. Information and support is provided for women to make informed choices about subsequent births, including information on VBAC and planning an empowered repeat caesarean.

Equal Pay Day
Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency (EOWA)
Aims to raise awareness of pay equity issues and to offer advice and solutions on how to address the gender pay gap. Equal Pay Day illustrates the number of extra days many women have to work after the end of the financial year to earn the same as men. Women now - on average - earn over 17% less than men. Equal Pay Day this year will take place five days later than last year because the gender pay gap has widened. Resources include Logo, Postcard1 and Postcard2
