Business and Professional Women (BPW) Joondalup
Monthly Dinner Meeting
BPW is an international organisation that educates and informs women, undertaking research and projects aimed at making a positive difference for women. At a local level BPW offers great opportunities for developing social and professional networks for women of all ages. Every month we indulge in a lively few hours of eating, listening to an inspiring speaker and lots of chat (officially referred to as 'networking'). We welcome women of all ages to come along and join us. For recent arrivals in Perth it's a really easy way to meet a bunch of friendly, fun loving women.
                      
Time: 6.30pm for 7pm start.
Venue: Joondalup Function Centre, City of Joondalup Buildings, Boas Ave, Joondalup (same level as library).

Cost: $28 for members, $30 for guests (2 course dinner and coffee).

Learn suicide first aid during a two day highly interactive workshop teaching practical skills to identify someone at risk of suicide and competently and confidently intervene.

Invites Agencies, Communities, Consumers and Carers to come and celebrate Trans-cultural Mental Health Week
This FREE COMMUNITY EVENT aims to promote a trans-cultural understanding of mental health and illness in a safe and friendly environment.
There will be a variety of information stalls, laughter yoga, and seminars on confidentiality, depression, anxiety, and the issues faced by Carers.
Refreshments will be provided. Ishar will also be launching the Special Project for Carers of people with mental illness, so come along and have some fun!
