We have staff located in the community who provide support and advice to licensees and prospective licensees about setting up a child care service and applying for a licence.  

Information for families
They can also assist parents with information about child care in their area, what to look for when choosing care, ideas to help settle a child into a service, as well as information about other resources and support organisations.
