Metropolitan Applicant Assessment Process
You can register to sit your assessment at one of the following metropolitan venues (see the schedule below) by email or call or SMS 0437 151 714. To register your interest we need to have the following information for each person wanting to sit the assessment (the Applicant).
- Applicant's name
- Applicant's email address - to confirm registration details
- Applicant's telephone contact
- Applicant's qualification (if applicable)
- Application type (e.g. new licence, Supervising Officer or person to act in place of SO)
- Type of Service - child care centre, family day care, outside school hours care, outside school hours family day care
- Date of previous assessment (if applicable)
- Preferred venue, date and session time.
